This year’s IRATA Technical Event and Conference (ITEC) was held in Sydney which celebrated IRATA’s 30th year anniversary. This event hosts IRATA’s Annual General Meeting and presents opportunity for sharing technical knowledge and networking within our industry. It is an event which attracts members, technicians and industry personnel alike from around the world. WHA were fortunate enough to be invited by the team at JGID to attend the “The Big GID Social”, an event which provided equal opportunity for the JGID community and visiting industry alike to liaise and network following the ITEC event close on Thursday 10th October 2019. The event was held at the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney on Friday 11th October.
JGID (Just Get it Done) is a business management software geared for contractors who have 1-100 employees. The software was borne out of the rope access industry and was defined by experiences learnt within a rope access company as entrepreneur and founder Andre Quinn would attest . WHA decided to implement this business management software over 12 months ago, and is now the primary platform for all our enquiries, quoting, scheduling, project management, instrument tracking, invoicing and reporting within our business.
The event gave WHA the opportunity to meet face to face with the JGID team and other members of the JGID community and to share experiences on some of the newest technical additions to the software such as its EzyID tracking software for tools , plant and equipment. The event was attended to by Director Wayne Birrell, General Manager Aaron Callegari as well as members of our Sydney team in Anthony Greatorex, Antoine Camus, Arthur Pera and Thomas Pera.”
